Our new modest 1 bedroom apartment is in a well established, safe neighborhood and includes two parking spaces just outside the main private entrance. It also comes with a full sized Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave and Stackable Washer and Dryer. The apartment has 6 windows providing plenty of natural light, all day long, on the sun swept side of our home. We are applying the finishing touches as we make ready to rent it for $850.00 per month, everything in. We will be paying close attention to tenant utility usage practices and reserve the right to adjust the rent if the cost proves to be higher than the expected average.

This North Moncton location is close to many amenities; walking distance to local strip malls and restaurants like Tim Horton's, Subway, Sports Rock, Swiss Chalet, to the Royal Bank, Second Cup, Esso gas station, Jean Coutu, the new NBLC, Shoppers Drug Mart. We are very close to Mapleton Park, Gorge & Mountain Road TCH access, Trinity Shopping Center, Casino NB, Magic Mountain, Magnetic Hill Zoo and Concert Site and many area hotel accommodations for incoming visitors. You would experience quick travel times to the Mapleton Shopping Center and new Costco location and have quick access to a host of other local city hot spots as well as to many popular regional locations.

This is an adult residence only and NOT pet friendly. The successful candidate(s) would be non smoking retired or professional adult singles or couples without children or pets.

The successful tenant(s) will be required to provide the first and last months rent, in advance, as an initial rental payment and security deposit, to be held in trust by the provincial rentals man. The successful tenants will also be required to sign a lease agreement containing landlord and tenant rental conditions and expectations including timely electronic rental payments, landlord notifications for quick access to the electrical box, which is within the apartment, should the need arise from a power outage or tripped breaker. I'm happy to note there is a generator system in place to provide power to the residence should electricity fail for any lengthy period of time due to inclement weather.
